Returns & complaints
We do not accept or take responsibility for returns sent to us without the form being completed.
As a private individual, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal/exchange when shopping online. This means that you can return unused, undamaged goods with unbroken packaging/seal/technical seal within 14 days of receiving your package. In order for us to accept your return and refund you, you must fill out this form and send in the delivery note/order number with the article number of the products you want to return. The gift must always be returned when returned and if this is not done, we have the right to deduct an amount for this. If you have more goods to return, it is okay to enter all product names in the same form.
If the product is broken when you open the package or if there is a defect in the product, you, as a private individual, have the right to complain for a total of 3 years from the date you received the package. However, complaints must be made within a reasonable time and no later than 2 months after you discovered the defect. If there is a warranty that is longer than 3 years, you can complain within the warranty period. Companies should examine the product in connection with receipt and complain about any defects within a reasonable time. Defects that arise thereafter can be complained about within the warranty period. Otherwise, we refer you to the respective manufacturer or service center.
Private individuals who exercise their right of withdrawal pay the shipping cost for the returned item themselves. In the event of a fault in the item, we will refund the return shipping cost as well as what you paid for the damaged or incorrectly delivered item, provided that we cannot send you a new item within a reasonable time.
Instructions:
- In order for us to be able to accept your return and refund you, you must fill out this form and send it with the delivery note/order number and your name with the article number of the products you want to return.
- These instructions apply to all types of return requests. It is important that you fill out all fields on the return form. If you have more than one item to return, you can enter all product names in the same form.
- When returning, all products must be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.
Remember to always send the product in the outer packaging to avoid damaging the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept metered items of wire and chains, as well as sale items and facial rollers. Pack the goods well to avoid damage. Send with your delivery note and mark the goods you want to return. - You are responsible for ensuring that the return reaches us and are responsible for the shipping costs. We always recommend that returns are sent to us with a tracking number and that you keep your receipt with tracking reference until you have received your refund.
