Processing of personal data according to the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679/EC)
Bicone Design AB (556888-6500) is the data controller for the personal data regarding contact persons we receive in connection with assignments or which is otherwise processed when the assignment is prepared or administered.
We process the data to perform and administer the assignment, to safeguard your interests, for accounting and invoicing purposes. This data has its legal basis in, among other things, the Data Protection Regulation and the Accounting Act. The stated statutes allow, among other things, that processing takes place for the purpose of enabling us to fulfill our obligations to our customers/data subjects and to other regulations. The statutes also allow, after a balancing of interests in which, among other things, the data subject's possible objections to the processing are taken into account, that processing of personal data takes place for our and other companies within the group's legitimate interests in developing, marketing and administering our services and operations in an efficient manner and in safeguarding our civil law rights and obligations. The data can also be used for business and method development, market analysis, statistics and risk management. The data processed for the purpose of developing and analyzing the business is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in developing the business and communicating with our contacts.
We will not disclose personal data to third parties except in cases where it has been specifically agreed between the company and the data subject, if it is necessary for us to fulfill a legal obligation or comply with a decision by an authority or court, or in the event that we engage third-party service providers who perform tasks on our behalf.
The personal data is saved, in accordance with the obligation incumbent on the company according to the aforementioned regulations and grounds, for a period of 10 years from the date of completion of the case or from the due date of the final invoice and for a reasonable processing time or such longer period as is required by the nature of the case. If you unsubscribe from newsletters or similar, the data related to this will be deleted immediately.
You have the right to request information from the company free of charge about the use of the personal data concerning you. We will, at your request or on our own initiative, correct or delete data that is inaccurate or restrict the processing of such data. You also have the right to request that your data not be processed for direct marketing purposes. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format [or, if technically feasible, to have the data transferred to a third party that you designate]. If you are dissatisfied with our processing, you can file a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in Sweden is the Datainspektionen (www.datainspektionen.se). You can also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.

The personal information you provide to us will not be forwarded, sold, exchanged or shared with other companies, organisations or private individuals without your consent. Our sole purpose in collecting and saving the information is to be able to provide you with optimal service. We collect as little information as possible. We need to know where you live in order to be able to send the goods to your home. If you want to order against invoice, our partner Klarna must have your social security number. Only then can you have your goods sent against invoice. When you pay by card, you are required to provide your credit card number. This is done via a secure server and Klarna handles card payments through us. We need to know which products you order and we need your email address to be able to contact you with delivery notification, changed information, etc. In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is your first name, last name and address details for delivery. Your email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification. The shipping companies we work with are: PostNord, DHL, UPS. If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and email address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes . We use GetANewsletter to send out newsletters. We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords securely. We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, which is operated by Quickbutik AB, based in Helsingborg.
